To return an item, please contact us by email at info@amplifyourhome.com. We will provide you with a return shipping label and a return authorization number. Having a return authorization number will help us process your return quicker. Please submit your return request within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Please allow two business days for a response from our returns department regarding your specific return claim.

• Some products will be assessed a return fee. Return fees are between $25 and $200. Your final refund will include the deducted return fee. Replacement Parts, Games and Accessories have no return fee
• Skywalker Holdings, LLC claims no responsibility for return shipments lost in transit if not shipped on the provided return label
• Refused shipments are subject to return shipping charges
• Original shipping costs will not be refunded

How long does shipping take?

Your product will be shipped as quickly as possible after you order and should arrive within 7-10 business days depending on the shipping speed of the carriers.

Do your trampolines come with a ladder?

No, our trampolines do not come with a ladder included. But you're always welcome to purchase one of our ladders in addition to your trampoline. 

What is the weight limit for your trampolines?

It varies by trampoline. Every product description will list the recommended weight limit for that specific trampoline.

What is the weight limit for your ActivPlay Products?

• Jungle Gym = 241lb
• Swing Set = 162 lbs
• Monkey Bars = 81 lbs
• Hanging Bridge = 81 lbs
• Hanging Jungle Line = 162 lbs

What is the recommended age for your ActivPlay Products?

All of our jungle gym sets and combos are rated for ages 4-12.

Do you need to bolt down your ActivPlay and Trampoline Products?

It is not required but they are recommended to avoid damage caused by winds. We do offer stakes to be purchased separately with our units.

What is your warranty?

Our limited warranty only covers normal wear and tear and manufacturer defects. The standard warranty for most trampolines is 3 years on the frame and 1 year on all the other materials. Check your trampoline's product description or manual for your product's specific warranty.

Does your warranty cover weather damage?

Our warranty does not cover damage due to the effects or acts of nature, such as earthquakes, wind, hurricanes, tornadoes, lightning, rain, fire, snow, excessive heat and cold conditions, or sun damage.

Do your trampolines help with special needs?

Short answer: yes, trampolines can be a great therapy tool for children with autism or other disorders.
