Shipping Policy

Welcome to Amplify Your Home! Our goal is to provide you with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. To ensure you have a clear understanding of our shipping process, please take a moment to read through this guide.

Order Confirmation:

  • When you place an order with us, you will receive an order confirmation email. 
  • Our team immediately checks the stock availability. If an item is on backorder or unavailable, we will promptly notify you via email.
  • If your item(s) are in stock, we will process the charges and prepare your order for shipment.

Handling Time:

  • Orders are processed from Monday to Friday. Typically, it takes 48-72 business hours to process and fulfill an order, although it may occasionally take longer.
  • We make every effort to ship your items as quickly as possible. Consequently, your order may ship sooner than expected, and you may receive multiple deliveries.
  • You will receive tracking information via email within 24 hours of your order being dispatched.
  • If you order multiple items, we strive to ship them together. However, there may be instances where we need to split shipments, resulting in multiple tracking numbers.

Standard Ground Shipping:

  • For most items under 150 pounds, our standard free shipping option is through parcel services (e.g., FedEx Ground, UPS Ground, USPS Ground).
  • This flexibility ensures quick order processing and shipping turnaround. 

Standard Ground Shipping Time:

  • Typically, standard ground shipping takes 7-10 days. Please note that this does not include the time required to fulfill the order. Once the item leaves our facility, we have no control over shipping times. Delays and lost packages may occur.

Standard Freight Shipping:

  • For most items over 150 pounds, our standard delivery service is through freight.
  • The shipping company will contact you to schedule a delivery time when a freight order is ready to be delivered. To ensure a smooth delivery, please provide a valid phone number during checkout.
  • Our standard freight delivery includes free curbside delivery and liftgate service. While the driver will remove the item from the truck, it is your responsibility to move it onto your property.
  • Please note that a phone number is required to schedule a delivery appointment. Failure to provide one at the time of order may lead to delivery delays and additional storage fees.
  • Any extra shipping fees due to missed appointments or re-deliveries are the customer's responsibility, as these fees are outside our standard shipping parameters. 

Standard Freight Shipping Time:

  • Standard freight shipping usually takes 7-10 business days.

Damages:

  • For freight deliveries, a customer signature is required. Any damage must be noted upon delivery.
  • Please inspect the packaging of your items upon arrival (within 24 hours). If any products are damaged, you can file a warranty claim for replacement parts.
  • In the event of damaged items, send photos to info@amplifyourhome.com  within 24 hours of delivery, and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

Cancellations & Refunds:

Important Freight LTL Shipment:

  • This section provides crucial information for the delivery of large and heavy items shipped via freight LTL.
  • It's essential to provide a valid phone number during checkout to schedule a delivery appointment.
  • Be available at the delivery address during the specified delivery window.
  • Delivery appointments are available Monday through Friday and generally have two delivery window options: 8 am - 12 pm or 12 pm - 4 pm. The exact time cannot be scheduled.
  • Keep your phone available until your item is delivered.
  • Items are delivered via a lift gate truck with one delivery person and are placed in your driveway or curbside.
  • Keep all original packing materials, including the pallet, in case of a return.

Handling Damages, Exceptions, or Discrepancies:

  • For items with carton damage, inspect the contents immediately with the driver present to verify damage. If contents are damaged, indicate this on the carrier's paperwork and notify us immediately.
  • If you cannot inspect immediately, note on the paperwork that the carton is damaged and subject to inspection, along with the type of damage.
  • Contents must be inspected within 24 hours, with any actual damage reported to the carrier.
  • For excessive damage to carton packaging, refuse shipment and take photos. Sign the carrier paperwork as "Carton damaged and refused" and notify us immediately.

Shipping Options:

  • All orders qualify for free standard shipping, which applies to standard locations within the contiguous 48 states.
  • We reserve the right to choose the delivery type, carrier, and service level for each shipment when standard shipping is selected. For freight shipments, standard shipping includes curbside delivery and liftgate services.
  • Special considerations and fees may apply to specific delivery exceptions.
  • For international shipping, we regret that we do not offer this service at the moment.

  • Our suppliers ensure product quality and packing quality before each shipment.
  • We choose carriers based on their history of speedy and damage-free delivery.
