Why is my order taking so long? Lloyd Flanders are made to order. Currently it takes 4-10 weeks production time.

Can I leave my furniture outside?

Yes! The products are designed and crafted to endure the outdoor environment. We recommend regular cleaning and maintenance to ensure that your Lloyd Flanders furniture can be enjoyed for generations.

Can I repaint my furniture?

Lloyd Loom® wicker furniture can be repainted if needed, and touch-up paint is available for purchase from your local Lloyd Flanders retailer. We do not recommend painting Woven Vinyl furniture.

How do I clean my cushions?

The cushions and pillows are made to stand up to the elements, so you don’t need to remove the covers for cleaning. Cushions upholstered in Sunbrella® or other solution-dyed acrylic fabrics may be cleaned with one cup of chlorine bleach diluted in one gallon of water with a small amount of mild detergent. Do not use bleach on printed fabrics. Test the cleaning solution in a small inconspicuous area first. Saturate a cloth or soft brush with the solution. Scrub the entire cushion and rinse well with clean water and let air dry. Printed fabrics may be scrubbed with a solution of mild detergent and warm water. Test in a small inconspicuous area first. Saturate a cloth or soft brush with the solution. Begin scrubbing the cushions, one small area at a time. Rinse well with water, let cushions air dry. Printed polyester fabric may be scrubbed with a solution of mild detergent and warm water. Do not use bleach on printed polyester fabrics. Rinse and air dry. Do not put cushion covers in dryer or send out to dry cleaners. This will void the warranty.

How do I remove mildew from cushions?

For cushions upholstered in Sunbrella® or other solution dyed acrylic fabrics, mix one gallon of distilled water, one cup of chlorine bleach and a squirt of dish detergent (check detergent label first to make sure it does not contain ammonia). Do not use bleach on printed fabrics.

Can Lloyd Flanders furniture be pressure washed?

Pressure washing is not recommended for any Lloyd Flanders furniture. Lloyd Loom and Woven Vinyl furniture should be gently cleaned with a soft brush or sponge.

What is loom wicker actually made of?

Lloyd Flanders wicker is woven from a cellulose fiber that's twisted into a sturdy cord, wound onto spools, then fed into our looms to weave the Lloyd Loom® fabric. A unique feature of Lloyd Loom is the use of fabric stakes made from aluminum that's encased in loom fiber. These stakes are woven vertically into the fabric for enhanced stability and durability.

Do you make furniture covers?

Lloyd Flanders does not make covers.  We recommend Treasure Garden, KoverRoos or Coverture Covers for customers who wish to cover their furniture. Please reach out to a rep and we can help you with placing an order.

How to clean Lloyd Flanders wicker?

Lloyd Flanders recommends hosing down or wiping clean with a damp sponge. For more soiled areas a mild detergent, cold water, and soft bristle brush can be used. Rinse well with water and let dry.

Where is Lloyd Flanders furniture made?

Lloyd opened the Lloyd Manufacturing Company in Menominee, Michigan, where he developed a timeless and unique process for creating fine woven furniture. We are proud to continue crafting this heirloom furniture today, in the same facility where it all began.

How to refinish Lloyd Flanders table?

A spray paint is the best choice for Lloyd Loom furniture, as it will coat the piece quickly and evenly. Let the base coat dry and then return to spray another coat. If the color seems sufficient, let this coat dry before spraying on a sealant.

What is the difference between grades of Lloyd Flanders?

Grade A fabrics are the least costly and Grade D fabrics are the highest. The Grade of fabrics is determined by the Textile and Fabric Finishing Mills who manufacture them.

How to repaint Lloyd Flanders  wicker furniture?

Select a few cans of Rust-Oleum ® Krylon ® or similar paint at your local hardware store. Both of these paints can be used on natural and resin wicker. Just make sure you read the can and verify that its good to use on wicker. These are also known as acrylic or enamel paint.

Amplify Your Home Basic Guidelines for Receiving Freight

Step 1: Upon initial receipt of freight

• All packaging must be inspected for visual damage. (This includes removing items that may be shrink wrapped to a pallet so that all sides of boxes can be viewed)
• If NO damage appears , then proceed to step 2
• If box damage appears, please sign the delivery receipt noting that there is damage,  take picture of the damaged box and product, then please proceed to making a claim within 24 hours (Noting damage at this point in the process results in 100% of claims being paid to Amplify Your Home and helping to reduce cost. Failing to note the damage at this time and detecting it later results in only a 34% recovery of damages)

Step 2: Check for CONCEALED DAMAGE

• Opening the packaging to look for damage that could have occurred inside the packaging, but left the packaging intact. (This must be completed within 72 hours of signing the bill of lading)
• If NO damage appears, the process is complete
• If damage is detected, you must call Amplify Your Home to alert that there has been concealed damage, then proceed to making a claim within 24 hours (Concealed damage is the largest area of contention with freight carriers and represents the single largest area of loss for dealers and manufacturers. This step is VITAL to keeping costs down for everyone)

Making a Claim

If any scenario listed above triggers the claims process, please email info@amplifyourhome.com within the time limits shown above.

Please provide the following:

1. Order number or invoice number
2. Photo of damage of packaging (please retain packaging until claim is complete)
3. Photos of damage to product (photo of entire piece for identification and then more detailed photos of specific damage)
4. Contact also the delivery company to file a claim

We will proceed with replacement after the steps are done. You might incur some cost if steps are missed. Please call us immediately if unsure what the next steps are.

LIMITED RESIDENTIAL WARRANTY

Lloyd Flanders warrants its furniture to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of three years from the date of purchase. Fabrics (except COM), cushions, faux concrete table tops, and stone table tops are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty is exclusive to the original purchaser. Routine care and maintenance are required to support the benefits of this warranty. This includes but is not limited to annual inspection of the frames and touch-up of any minor damage. Abuse or neglect of the furniture voids the warranty. Do not store your furniture upside down. This could allow water to accumulate and freeze within the frame, causing structural damage that is excluded from coverage.

Important Notice: Stainless steel may rust when exposed to salt water if not properly maintained. Rust damage is not covered under the warranty. If you plan to use this product near salt water—such as in beach areas, near saltwater pools, or similar environments—it is not recommended for purchase. Regular maintenance is required to preserve its durability.

WARRANTY SERVICE

If you suspect a manufacturing defect, provide your dated proof of purchase (e.g., receipt), photographs (digital preferred) of the item, and the model and serial numbers of the piece to info@amplifyourhome.com. Lloyd Flanders will review each claim and determine the appropriate action. If it is determined that a product is defective in material or workmanship, Lloyd Flanders will repair or, at our option, replace the item in whole or in part at no cost to you.

HOW STATE LAW RELATES TO THIS WARRANTY

This warranty gives you specific legal rights. All other warranties, including the warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are expressly disclaimed. This warranty is effective on product purchased at retail after March 1, 2017.

Lloyd Flanders all-weather furniture will remain beautiful with minimal care and maintenance. Use a soft brush to remove organic material like dust and leaves. For spot cleaning, the frame, wicker, and cushions can be washed with a mild detergent and water. Rinse with clean water and dry thoroughly before use.

As with any fine outdoor furniture, timely care of the paint finish is necessary to protect it from the elements and preserve its strength and beauty. If the wicker finish becomes worn, carefully clean and dry the affected area. Repaint with Lloyd Flanders touch-up paint. Allow to dry thoroughly before use. If the finish on the frame should scratch or chip, lightly sand the problem area with fine grit sandpaper. Clean and dry the area, then repaint with Lloyd Flanders touch-up paint.

Lloyd Flanders only uses FSC-certified Brazilian teak. With time, it will weather and form a handsome silver-gray patina. For general cleaning, rinse with fresh water then gently scrub the wet furniture using a soft bristled brush and mild detergent. Rinse with more fresh water to remove any remaining detergent.
