Why is my order taking so long? Lloyd Flanders are made to order. Currently it takes 4-10 weeks production time.
Can I leave my furniture outside?
Yes! The products are designed and crafted to endure the outdoor environment. We recommend regular cleaning and maintenance to ensure that your Lloyd Flanders furniture can be enjoyed for generations.
Can I repaint my furniture?
Lloyd Loom® wicker furniture can be repainted if needed, and touch-up paint is available for purchase from your local Lloyd Flanders retailer. We do not recommend painting Woven Vinyl furniture.
How do I clean my cushions?
The cushions and pillows are made to stand up to the elements, so you don’t need to remove the covers for cleaning. Cushions upholstered in Sunbrella® or other solution-dyed acrylic fabrics may be cleaned with one cup of chlorine bleach diluted in one gallon of water with a small amount of mild detergent. Do not use bleach on printed fabrics. Test the cleaning solution in a small inconspicuous area first. Saturate a cloth or soft brush with the solution. Scrub the entire cushion and rinse well with clean water and let air dry. Printed fabrics may be scrubbed with a solution of mild detergent and warm water. Test in a small inconspicuous area first. Printed polyester fabric may be scrubbed with a solution of mild detergent and warm water. Do not use bleach on printed polyester fabrics. Rinse and air dry. How do I remove mildew from cushions?
For cushions upholstered in Sunbrella® or other solution dyed acrylic fabrics, mix one gallon of distilled water, one cup of chlorine bleach and a squirt of dish detergent (check detergent label first to make sure it does not contain ammonia). Do not use bleach on printed fabrics.
Can Lloyd Flanders furniture be pressure washed?
Pressure washing is not recommended for any Lloyd Flanders furniture. Lloyd Loom and Woven Vinyl furniture should be gently cleaned with a soft brush or sponge.
What is loom wicker actually made of?
Lloyd Flanders wicker is woven from a cellulose fiber that's twisted into a sturdy cord, wound onto spools, then fed into our looms to weave the Lloyd Loom® fabric. A unique feature of Lloyd Loom is the use of fabric stakes made from aluminum that's encased in loom fiber. These stakes are woven vertically into the fabric for enhanced stability and durability.
Do you make furniture covers?
Lloyd Flanders does not make covers. We recommend Treasure Garden, KoverRoos or Coverture Covers for customers who wish to cover their furniture. Please reach out to a rep and we can help you with placing an order.
How to clean Lloyd Flanders wicker?
Lloyd Flanders recommends hosing down or wiping clean with a damp sponge. For more soiled areas a mild detergent, cold water, and soft bristle brush can be used. Rinse well with water and let dry.
Where is Lloyd Flanders furniture made?
Lloyd opened the Lloyd Manufacturing Company in Menominee, Michigan, where he developed a timeless and unique process for creating fine woven furniture. We are proud to continue crafting this heirloom furniture today, in the same facility where it all began.
How to refinish Lloyd Flanders table?
A spray paint is the best choice for Lloyd Loom furniture, as it will coat the piece quickly and evenly. Let the base coat dry and then return to spray another coat. If the color seems sufficient, let this coat dry before spraying on a sealant.
What is the difference between grades of Lloyd Flanders?
Grade A fabrics are the least costly and Grade D fabrics are the highest. The Grade of fabrics is determined by the Textile and Fabric Finishing Mills who manufacture them.
How to repaint Lloyd Flanders wicker furniture?
Select a few cans of Rust-Oleum ® Krylon ® or similar paint at your local hardware store. Both of these paints can be used on natural and resin wicker. Just make sure you read the can and verify that its good to use on wicker. These are also known as acrylic or enamel paint.

- Usage: Specifically designed for deep seating in the Alpine, Charisma, Escape, Frontier, Pursuit, Solstice, Southport, Summit, and Visions collections.
- Note: Not used in Ottomans, Dining Chairs, Pool Chaise, or Day Beds due to product type differences.
