It all began with an American tourist and a turkey. George Samaras, a Greek sailor, discovered the exquisite flavor of ceramic-cooked food during a Thanksgiving Day encounter with a kamado cooker. His love for the culinary arts, combined with his determination, led him to craft a new chapter in his life. He founded Primo Ceramic Grills in 1996, driven by the desire to provide the best ceramic grills in the market.
